We create change processes based on our systemic approach.

We assume that complex issues cannot be solved if we only deal with the obvious.

We don’t supply ready-made solutions but instead develop these in conjunction with key and affected personnel as the “experts”.

Our method is to combine specialist consultancy “hard facts” with “soft” systemic counselling. We call the integration of these two aspects complementary consulting.

This complementary approach leads to the creation of a more effective change process.
